Seaward Properties values early input from residents to help shape planning schemes and understands how worrying it can be when a planning application is proposed.
This is your area, for you to HAVE YOUR SAY, to see what else we are doing and how we are working with local residents to deliver high quality homes which are integrated with existing communities.
It is important for us to hear what residents view as good or bad, and for us to understand how residents feel they will be affected by a planning scheme. This means we can look at making changes or explain how the design addresses those worries.
Our aim is to be accessible to residents and we use many different ways of engaging to provide opportunities which suit your lives. From village hall meetings, doorstep conversations, handwritten and emailed questionnaire responses, letters, telephone conversations or on-line meetings - in fact, in any way you can find to communicate with us!
