Our outline planning application (Ref. 20/03125/OUT) for up to 100 dwellings with associated access, landscaping and public open space was refused by Chichester District Council in July 2021. Following this decision, we issued an appeal submission to the Planning Inspectorate in January 2022 requesting that the appeal be determined via public inquiry.
The public inquiry is scheduled to take place during June with a decision being issued by the end of August 2022. All correspondence associated with the appeal (ref. APP/L3815/22/A/3291160) can be found on the Chichester District Council public access webpages, a link to which is here.
