Overview

In response to a local housing need we will be submitting a full planning application to Arun District Council in the Summer of 2022. The proposed scheme will comprise 54 homes, 16 of which will be affordable. The scheme will also provide not only improvement to the immediate road network of Kingston Lane, but provide a high quality, sustainable housing scheme with a tree-lined street scene, every home with an electric vehicle charging point, access by foot to local facilities as well as plenty of open space and links to the wider footpath network for residents to enjoy.

Before we submit our planning application, we are keen to hear your views and want to allow you an opportunity to comment on the proposed development before we submit it to the Planning Authority for determination. We have prepared an online questionnaire which should take no more than five minutes to complete.  This can be accessed by clicking on the relevant link on this page.

Consultation will run from 7th June to 17th June 2022.
