Seaward has recently welcomed our newest member of staff Aaron Baines to the team.

I’m Aaron, I’m 18 and have just joined Seaward as an Apprentice Site Manager.  I previously worked for Persimmon Homes and am currently doing a HNC and ONC in Construction Management along with an NVQ Level 3.  I look forward to working for Seaward and seeing what challenges arise.
