When Katie Pope first received the brochure for Lower Walls Walk at The Square she was so impressed by what she saw that she travelled to Chichester immediately to view the properties.
What particularly attracted her was the size of the rooms, which were much larger than she had expected for a new property, and she also saw the garage and parking space as a benefit in a town centre property.
When her friends saw the property they told her to “go for it” and she is delighted that she did. “It is everything I could need or want in a house; very well built, light and elegant.”
Not only is Mrs Pope happy with her new home, she is also enjoying the fact that everything she needs is right on her doorstep including two excellent restaurants within The Square.
There is nothing she would change and she has now made the property her own with beautiful curtains, furniture and paintings.
