A small development of quality Seaward Properties homes has been granted full planning permission at Priors Acre, Boxgrove. The scheme has been carefully and sympathetically designed to blend with the local character and style of the existing properties in Priors Acre.
The proposed plans will allow for the transformation of what is currently an overgrown and underused space to provide three attractive 3-bedroom family homes in the sought after village of Boxgrove.
As part of Seaward Properties’ continued policy of engaging with local stakeholders the scheme was discussed with the local Parish Council and plans were modified following their comments and recommendations for the scheme.
